Two clubs join race for veteran Roos star; ‘tide has turned’ on fringe Dog’s call: Trade Whispers
A new club has emerged as a genuine contender for outgoing North Melbourne ruck Todd Goldstein, reports theGoldstein, 35, last week told the Kangaroos of his intention to look for a new club after playing 315 games across 17 seasons for North.
The Bombers have sounded out Goldstein about the possibility of joining them to provide ruck depth for Sam Draper and Nick Bryan. Several clubs, including Collingwood and North Melbourne, have been circling Khamis, who’s played 10 games for the Bulldogs since being plucked out of the club’s Next Generation Academy program in late 2018.
