Seremban Police arrested a man and a woman for suspected drug possession and use. The suspects were apprehended during a crime prevention operation and a search revealed methamphetamine, heroin, and Eramin 5 pills.
Police in Seremban arrested two individuals, a man and a woman aged between 38 and 58, suspected of drug possession and use in Taman Dusun Nyiur early this morning. During a crime prevention operation around 1 am, a police team apprehended the suspects. A search revealed 12 translucent plastic packets containing suspected methamphetamine with an estimated weight of 151.15 grams, 18 translucent plastic packets and a white paper wrap containing suspected heroin weighing 96.
84 grams, and four Eramin 5 pills. The total estimated value of the seized drugs is RM18,194. Police also confiscated RM2,699 in cash. Urine test results showed that both suspects were positive for methamphetamine. The case will be investigated under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, Section 12(2) and Section 15(1)(A) of the same Act. Both suspects have been remanded for six days starting today for further investigations
