Elon Musk will begin laying off Twitter employees Friday as part of efforts to reduce the company's costs.According to a memo reviewed by The Verge, Twitter notified employees Friday that "In an effort to place Twitter on a healthy path, we will go through the difficult process of reducing our global workforce.
