Summary Though off to a strong start at the box office, one Steven Spielberg note changed Twisters' ending, and audiences aren't pleased. Starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell, and Anthony Ramos, the movie is a legacy sequel to the 1996 blockbuster disaster film and focuses on a new team of storm chasers led by Kate and Javi who set out to test a tornado scanning system in Oklahoma.
EDGAR-JONES: I think it's a Spielberg note, wasn’t it? Do you know what it is? I think it stops the film feeling too clichéd, actually. I think there's something really wonderful about it feeling like there's a continuation. This isn't the end of their story. They're united by their shared passion for something.
