Both leaders are expected to review the progress of Malaysia-Turkiye CSP relations, particularly in trade and investment, defence, halal, energy cooperation, disaster management, health, science and technology, and connectivity. Malaysia, as the Asean chair in 2025, has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening regional integration and fostering partnerships beyond the region.
