KOTA KINABALU: A tuition teacher admitted to raping his 25-year-old daughter seven times between December 2025 and March 2026. The 53-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence in several hotels in Tawau before Tawau Sessions Court Judge Ahmad Faizadh Yahaya on Wednesday .
The court set June 23 for case management, pending a full medical report on the victim, before sentencing. On April 8, the Lahad Datu Sessions Court had sentenced the same man to a total of 165 years in jail after he pleaded guilty to 11 counts of raping two of his daughters, aged 25 and 22.
In an earlier report, Lahad Datu Deputy Police Chief Supt Jimmy Panyau said the man was arrested following a police report lodged by his daughters at the Tawau Police Station on March 22. He said the suspect was arrested for raping his two daughters at several locations in Lahad Datu and Tawau, and that both victims had been abused since they were 15 and 18 years old.
