“The Perlis government is pleased to announce this occasional holiday to commemorate the historic moment of the 25th year of Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin’s reign as the Raja of Perlis,” he said in his speech at the state government’s 2025 Aidilfitri Celebration here today.
