AS we commemorate our 65th National Day, the Malaysia Unity Foundation would like to reiterate the importance of the Rukun Negara as our guiding principles for nation-building. The Rukun Negara is a shared vision for national unity and should therefore be respected by all. It must be upheld and practised, and we must never take for granted the stability, peace and harmony we have attained so far.
