President Donald Trump tore into his Democratic House investigators on Thursday night, perpetuating a verbal assault he launched after Robert Mueller's Russia probe concluded without finding a criminal conspiracy between Trump's campaign and Russia.
"Little pencil-necked Adam Schiff," Trump said of the California Democrat. "He's got the smallest, thinnest neck I've ever seen. According to Attorney General Bill Barr's summary of Mueller's report — which remains secret — the special counsel did not establish any conspirancy between the Trump campaign and Russian officials to sway the election. But Barr also noted that Mueller did not exonerate Trump in an obstruction of justice probe, choosing instead to not make a final judgment. Barr then said he would not charge charge Trump with obstruction of justice.
