Makers of an old malaria drug aren’t the only ones cheering President Trump’s surprise statement Monday that he takes it regularly to ward off coronavirus. A cookie company also got a boost, and it wasn’t the first time.

Perhaps it was autocomplete, or maybe people were just unsure how to spell hydroxychloroquine, but Google searches for Hydrox cookies took off immediately. The cookies are similar to Oreos, but were discontinued by Kellogg in 2003.
