The Irish rugby community is mourning the death of former player and coach Greig Oliver.The incident is still being investigated, police say.
"It is believed that the passenger subsequently drowned, and the pilot was treated for minor injuries. IRFU chief executive Kevin Potts added:"Greig was a hugely popular member of staff and played a key role in the development of many young players during his time at Munster Rugby.
