PETALING JAYA: The parents of autistic child Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin, who are facing charges of child neglect, will submit a representation to the Attorney General’s Chambers.
“As for the lawyer’s application to amend the victim’s name on the charge sheet, which was made orally in the previous proceedings, the prosecution objects to it.“The prosecution also requests for the trial dates to be set. We intend to call 15 witnesses,” said Kalmizah. “I understand that this application was made orally and not formally. But if the court directs us to make a formal application by affidavit, we will comply,” he added.
