But a briefing document, tabled by Ms King’s department, for a meeting that occurred between the minister and former Qantas boss Alan Joyce on November 23, says: “Qantas officers have indicated to Treasury officials they are interested in learning whether it is likely that ACCC monitoring will continue beyond June 2023.”
