A traffic enforcer was shot multiple times after apprehending a motorcycle rider in Tanza, Cavite, the police said on Monday.
Then, the suspect fled the area on his black motorcycle accompanied by his accomplice Aries Carlos.
The traffic enforcer was brought to Tanza Specialist Medical Center and was declared dead on arrival by the doctor. Operatives of Imus City Police Station, Cavite and Calabarzon Police Provincial Office, are pursuing the suspect. Police said one deformed .45 caliber slug, which was said to have been used to shoot the victim, was turned over to the Provincial Forensic Unit for ballistics examination.RELATED STORY:
