HANOI: A banquet in Hanoi tragically resulted in two deaths and the hospitalisation of 15 others, with suspected alcohol poisoning being the cause.

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians heading to Thailand for the school holidays saw traffic congestion at the Bukit Kayu Hitam Immigration, Customs, Quarantine, and Security Complex border checkpoint.

As at 12.30pm on Saturday , the traffic flow at the complex was still reported to be congested at both the car exit points as well as the exit inspection counters."For the comfort and safety of all, do obey the traffic rules and the instructions of the officers on duty. "Your patience is greatly appreciated," said a joint statement by the Immigration department and the Home Ministry on its Facebook on Saturday.
