SOUTH Korea today said those who violate Covid-19 self-isolation rules will be made to wear electronic wristbands, reported the Yonhap news agency. Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun said the number of cases of people breaching self-quarantine in recent weeks has sparked concern.
