TPD needs your help locating an alleged suspect wanted for the death of 27-year-old Cody Seth Hinsley. Detectives say from examining evidence 29-year-old Kristoffer David Seeger is their main suspect.
On July 23, 2022, around 3 a.m. officers received reports of a shooting at the apartment complex located at 4100 east 29th street.Hinsley was pronounced dead at the scene.After interviews detectives found out Hinsley was in disagreement with a group before the shooting.Detectives say from examining evidence 29-year-old Kristoffer David Seeger is their main suspect.
TPD is searching for Seeger, officers say he is 5 foot 9 inches tall and around 160 pounds in weight.Anyone with information about his location is asked to call 9-1-1.
