NSTnation Sabah CM Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal describes the recent announcement of a RM50,000 allocation by the Tourism Minister for a Kimanis school as a 'non-issue'.
“If the allocation has been tabled in the 2020 Budget, it should just be given, why delay it?" he told reporters after meeting with the fishermen community in Kampung Brunei, here, today.
“It is a non-issue as people want them,” said Shafie, adding that the situation was the same in the case of allocation for healthcare, which should not have to wait for elections for it to reach the people. Mohamaddin was also quoted in a news portal saying leaders in the ruling government could easily grant approval for requests made by the people.
