Tom Hanks' Son Told A Lovely Story About Luke Perry Breaking Up A Fight Between Two Brothers And Fans Are Heartbroken
One such person was Tom Hanks' actor/director/producer son Colin, who took to Instagram to share a lovely story about Luke.Colin revealed that he met he met Luke on a flight back from Mexico during which two young brothers were"beating the hell out of each other" and screaming.He wrote:"I only met him once but the story is too good not to tell given today's news and sad events. My wife and I are on a plane back from Mexico.
He went on to reveal that just as the fight was about to get out of hand, a man appeared from first class to save the day.Colin wrote:"About ten minutes before landing it starts to get real bad. Out of nowhere, a man comes from first class. Hat, beard, sunglasses, blowing up a balloon. He ties it off, hands it off like he's holding out a sword to a king. Kneeling, head down, arms up. Kids calm down in milliseconds. Plane damn near bursts into applause.
Colin then explained that it wasn't until he was in the queue for customs that he realised the man in question was Luke Perry. And when they got talking, Luke revealed that he"always flies with a couple of balloons to give to screaming kids."He wrote:"We get off the plane, are waiting on line in customs. Finally get a good look at the guy and I say to my wife: 'Holy shit. I think that balloon man/hero is Luke Perry.
"Guy seemed like a true gent," Colin concluded the post,"Gone way too damn soon. Also, I'll be damned if I don't start traveling with some spare balloons."
