JOHOR BARU: Umno deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamad Hassan and several of the party’s supreme council members are expected to visit Johor soon to check on its preparations for the upcoming general election.

State Umno working secretary Pandak Ahmad said that Mohamad Hassan, who was also Barisan deputy chairman, was expected to visit Johor this month after visiting several other states recently.“Recently, the supreme council members, including party president and deputy president have also visited several states such as Kedah, Perlis and Penang.

Pandak, who is also the Iskandar Puteri assemblyman also said that Johor Umno is all geared up for the general election.
