Who is she and why is she taking photos of his home?

"This person came to my residence early in the morning at 8.15am on June 19," recounted the Stomper, who shared the video of the incident.

"We have never met this lady before. After checking with MCST and security, it seems she is not a resident. We are puzzled by such behaviour.""Better be safe than sorry as there are crazy people around," explained the Stomper. "I spoke to the Investigation Officer and said there's no need for action as no crime has been committed. I just wanted a report to have it documented in case this person comes again."

As the woman appeared to wearing a work uniform, the Stomper hopes that by sharing the video, the organisation that the woman works for can be identified.
