TNB has temporarily shut down electricity in several areas affected by heavy rain and flooding in Marang, Kuala Terengganu, and Kedah to ensure public safety.
Tenaga Nasional Berhad ( TNB ) has temporarily cut electricity supply in several areas around Marang and Kuala Terengganu , as well as in Alor Setar and Sik , in Kedah, to ensure public safety following heavy rain and flooding incidents. TNB Careline and TNB issued reminders to the public to avoid using electrical appliances and to ensure the main switch is turned off in affected areas.
This includes Kem Panji Alam in Marang, Wisma TG Ramly and Tepoh in Kuala Terengganu, and multiple areas in Alor Setar and Sik
