Tiger Woods’ incredible cut streak at the Masters is over.
The 15-time major winner completed his second round at a disappointing 3-over par for the tournament but thanks to help from Justin Thomas was able to slip in under the cut line at the Masters on Saturday.Tiger Woods narrowly made the cut at the Masters.He finished his round with back-to-back boogies to close out his completion of the second round with a 73 at Augusta and at the time left him below the cut line.
Thomas then delivered the assist, boogying just final two holes to move the cut line from 2 over to 3 over and allowing Woods to play the rest of the weekend.Woods’ drive on 18 left him out of the fairway and his approach shot just wasn’t long enough and rolled back away from the hole leaving a long, long putt for par.Woods, 47, resumed at No. 12 after saving par at No. 11 before the hazard horns blew to suspend play on Friday.
