KualaLumpur Masih terdapat pihak dikesan sengaja mencetuskan panik berhubung penularan wabak koronavirus baharu (Covid-19) dengan menyebarkan berita palsu sehingga tular di media sosial.

Malah, individu tidak bertanggungjawab ini dilihat cuba menimbulkan kegusaran dalam kalangan masyarakat selepas Covid-19 yang bermula di Wuhan, China merebak ke negara lain termasuk Malaysia.

“Berita berkenaan terdapat pesakit positif Covid-19 di Hospital Shah Alam adalah tidak benar dan ia adalah berita palsu. Hospital Tengku Ampuan Jemaah Sabak Bernam juga menafikan dakwaan terdapat pesakit Covid-19 seperti yang tular di media sosial. Sebelum ini, satu klip video selama 13 saat memaparkan beberapa individu lengkap sut perlindungan menolak seorang wanita berkerusi roda di Mid Valley turut tular di media sosial yang didakwa ada kaitan Covid-19.
