Ujian mendapati proses nyahjangkit daripada lorong nyahjangkit tidak memadai untuk membunuh kuman pada badan manusia, kata KKM.
Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata Cawangan Penilaian Teknologi Kesihatan KKM sudah pun melakukan ujian terhadap beberapa model peralatan tersebut daripada beberapa negara dan juga model-model sedia ada di Malaysia. Tambahnya, penggunaan bahan kimia yang digunakan juga boleh membawa kemudaratan kepada selaput badan seperti di mata dan mulut.
