The Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) has forecasted thunderstorms and rain in several areas on Wednesday (10 April), including Johor, Kelantan, Terengganu, Sarawak, and Sabah. Thunderstorms and rain are also expected in most parts of Perak and Selangor in the afternoon.
Hari Raya Aidilfitri akan menjelang beberapa hari sahaja lagi. Dalam persediaan raya orang ramai diingatkan supaya sentiasa memantau ramalan cuaca agar tidak terperangkap dalam cuaca buruk.
Manakala, ribut petir dan hujan dijangka berlaku di kebanyakan tempat di negeri Perak dan Selangor pada sebelah petang. Keadaan sama turut dijangka melanda Sri Aman, Betong, Sarikei, Sibu, Mukah, Bintulu dan Kapit di Serawak, serta Pedalaman di Sabah. METMalaysia Keadaan cuaca sedemikian dijangka turut berlaku di Mukah, Bintulu, Miri dan Limbang di Sarawak, serta di Sabah membabitkan Sandakan, Pedalaman dan Tawau. Manakala METMalaysia menjangkakan kawasan lain tidak akan dilanda hujan.
