Three Pakistani nationals, who completed their jail sentences for breaking immigration laws, were deported from Sabah to Islamabad via Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The Sabah Immigration Department emphasized its stance against illegal immigration, stating that action will be taken against both foreign workers and employers engaging in such practices. The department also warned the public against hiring illegal workers and urged them to follow proper procedures for employing foreign workers.

KOTA KINABALU: Three Pakistan nationals who completed their jail sentence for breaking immigration offences here have been deported.

The Sabah Immigration Department director said in a statement that these foreigners had among others, entered the country without valid documents and overstayed.
