One of the suspects was found to have tested positive for drug use and had a history of criminal activity, with 54 previous records and three pending cases related to crime and narcotics. He remains in custody for a four-day remand as the investigation continues. The case is being investigated under Section 380 of the Penal Code, which pertains to theft.
