In response to severe flooding in Kedah, the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) has temporarily closed three of its offices. The affected offices will remain closed until conditions improve and safety is assured.
Three Inland Revenue Board ( LHDN ) offices in Kedah have been temporarily closed starting today due to worsening flood conditions. LHDN stated that these offices will only reopen once the situation returns to normal and safe conditions, after approval from relevant authorities. Meanwhile, several LHDN offices in Kelantan that were previously closed due to floods have resumed operations today.
LHDN advises the public to carry out LHDN-related transactions online via the official HASiL portal and to remain cautious in flood-prone areas. The National Registration Department (JPN) in Kedah also announced the temporary closure of its Kedah Headquarters due to the ongoing flood disaster
