Two of them are factory owners, with one being the owner of a chemical processing plant.
Three men, including two factory owners, were detained for suspected disposing of chemical waste into Sungai Kim Kim in Pasir Gudang, near Johor Bahru, last Thursday.
Johor Department of Environment director Mohammad Ezzani Mat Salleh said the first suspect was arrested on Sunday evening and the other two at 12.30pm yesterday.
