He's in this fight to bloody Trump. And he's off to a good start.
Jared Kushner's investment firm got $2 billion from Saudi Arabia six months after leaving the White House. The most delicious moment in Chris Christie’s two-hour campaign kick-off in New Hampshire last week came when he sunk his fangs into Jared Kushner, the poster boy of privilege, a man as oblivious and corrupt as Trump himself.
But the deal was most surely corrupt. It came six months after Kushner left the White House, where he had personally shepherded $110 billion in arms sales to the Saudis in a 10-year deal, the biggest ever by far. Move over, Hunter Biden. You traded on daddy’s name for scraps, by comparison. Kushner’s corruption went big-time.
Here’s the short version: In 2003, the Kushner family was in court fighting over money and Charlie Kushner’s own sister agreed to testify about Charlie’s illegal campaign donations.
