This kissing device can mimic a real kiss and make sounds too from the user

Nope, this isn't an April's Fool joke. Someone really did make a mechanical remote kissing device. Not only are the silicon"lips" movable, but it even provides a warm feeling for the user. Why was this made? Well, it was designed for couples who are in a long-distance relationship.

The kissing device was patented by Jiang Zhongli from the Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology in China, and his long-distance relationship with his girlfriend inspired him to invent it. Since they can only contact each other through a phone, it gave him the idea to build a machine that can mimic a real kiss.

Zhongli equipped the kissing device with pressure sensors and actuators to mimic a real kiss as much as possible. Besides the kissing movements, the device can also transmit kissing sounds from the user. Like most devices nowadays, this kissing device requires an app and the video call from it can mimic the kissing motion to each other.

Besides that, there is also a"kissing square" function in the app. This function allows two strangers who got matched can ask to exchange kisses through the kissing device. On top of that, users can upload their kissing style in the app online for others to download and experience. Of course, this news caused a lot of viral posts, giving different reactions from several online netizens from finding it hilarious to gross. It is priced at 288 Yuan in Taobao, and depending on your needs, it could be a lifesaver for couples in a long-distance relationship.
