The British comedian was on his third of four Dublin shows and was joined on stage by one of Ireland’s best comics, who shared his beefs with the audiencetour selling out dates across Europe this summer. On the third of his four nights in a sold-out Vicar St in Dublin, he was just finishing up his two-hour marathon set when he was joined on stage by one of our own.
The crowd, who were already doubled over from laughing at what Acaster describes during the show as his ‘origin story’, were blown away by O’Doherty’s entrance, and clapped along as the pair dueted.
