Report: Ponte Vedra one of top corporate relocation
Ponte Vedra Beach is the best spot for a new corporate headquarters operation in the eastern portion of the United States, according to a new report from location consulting firm The Boyd Co. Inc.
Boyd analyzed cities from around the country and came up with a list of the top 30 for HQ locations, stretching from Washington to Florida. John Boyd Jr., principal with The Boyd Company, said Ponte Vedra has a lot of positive attributes. In addition to Florida's favorable business environment, he mentioned Northeast Florida's"attractive lifestyle amenities" that are particularly important as companies go to more hybrid remote/in-office work plans.
That's perfect for an area like Ponte Vedra, which has adequate commercial development and office buildings but not the huge high-rise office towers of a major downtown site.
