Ethan Hill has given out nearly 3,000 survival kits to homeless people in Birmingham, Alabama.
Ethan Hill, now 12, has been helping homeless people in Birmingham since he was just 6 years old. When he was 6 years old, riding to school in his mother’s minivan, Ethan Hill would see a strange sight every morning under a freeway in downtown Birmingham.
