, beloved by many, don't necessarily cater to everyone, but a new wave of formulas come in innovative textures and finishes that offer it all and can be adapted to nearly every skin need.As well as more lightweight, breathable formulas, “foundations now contain so many skin-boosting ingredients, many that are natural, from argan oil to hyaluronic acid, and they also help the skin naturally eradicate any problematic areas,” says make-up artist Mel Arter.
In fact, the formulations that have come to market this year are more of a second skin than a foundation.
