The Super Mario Bros. Movie is getting an even earlier release date in the US and other territories as it's been moved up to before Easter weekend.
Everyone's favorite plumber is coming to screens even sooner as The Super Mario Bros. Movie gets an even earlier US release date. The film marks the latest adaptation of the Nintendo platforming video games, now in an animated format from Despicable Me and Sing studio Illumination and Universal. The Super Mario Bros.
The post seen above reveals that the animated adaptation of the iconic Nintendo franchise has seen its release date moved up by two days in the US and over 60 other territories worldwide from April 7 to 5. However, it also confirms that The Super Mario Bros. Movie will still not make its way to Japan until April 28.
