The 2020 Dusty Classic tournament begins.
The seemingly annual tag team tournament will be a bit different this time around as the tag teams of NXT UK will compete against the teams of NXT of America. In fact, many of the NXT"prime" tag teams are cobbled together. There's Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle and Kushida with a mystery partner. But then you have the established teams like Undisputed Era and Forgotten Sons.
As for the midcard title, the NXT North American Championship, the new number one contender will be determined tonight. Keith Lee, Damian Priest, Dominc Dijakovic and Cameron Grimes will go at it in a Fatal Fourway to determine Roderick Strong's next opponent. Lee has a ton of momentum since Survivor Series, but the other three men in the match have all put in work in recent weeks. Whoever comes out on top will have a hard time taking on the Undisputed Era member.
Storm says she's proud of Ripley, but reminds Rhea she beat her twice. She says that this Sunday she'll become NXT UK Women's Champion and then at World's Collide she'll be a double champion if Rhea accepts.
