The indictment includes a list of secret documents that Trump is alleged to have “without authorization, retained at The Mar-a-Lago Club.” A separate “SECRET” document dated from Dec. 2019 concerned “foreign country support of terrorist acts against United States interests” The indictment alleges that upon leaving office, “Trump caused his boxes, containing hundreds of classified documents, to be transported from the White House to The Mar-a-Lago Club.”
