The TV delays are here, as evidenced by The CW, which has announced it will be delaying pretty much every single one of its original shows until 2021
9:00-9:30 PM Whose Line As you can see, the Arrowverse is probably the most disrupted by all this. Shows like The Flash have already had to end their seasons early, unable to finish filming and post-production due to the pandemic, and will not return to finish those arcs until January.
While Superman & Lois is making it out in January, there’s no sign of Green Arrow and the Canaries, the rumored Arrow replacement, which may not be getting made at all. And while Batwoman and Black Lightning are here, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow are not, meaning we might not see those return until spring. Reportedly the rumored Arrowverse crossover this year will only be between two shows, Batwoman and Superman & Lois.
I would absolutely expect to start to see this with a wide variety of other shows, too. The Walking Dead season 11, for instance, on AMC has still not started filming, and I would not be surprised to hear that it will miss its October premiere date and be pushed to 2021.
