The band Chicago reschedules Sunday’s Pacific Amphitheatre show due to weather

Tickets for original date will now be honored for the rescheduled show on Sept. 5.

“Like many of you, we have been monitoring the weather forecast for this coming Sunday, August 20, and it does not look favorable,” promoters at Pacific Amphitheatre said in a statement. “Rather than taking the chance that all of you will be sitting in the rain watching the show, we have taken the step of rescheduling this performance to September 5.”

All tickets will be honored for the new date. If needed, refunds will be available until 6 p.m. Aug. 31. The special post-fair show will feature an array of hits from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band with tracks like “If You Leave Me Now,” “You’re The Inspiration” and “Hard To Say I’m Sorry.” The group has more than 60 concerts this year alone.
