Thailand juga mengenakan larangan ketat terhadap rentas sempadan dengan hanya membenarkan pelancong Malaysia menggunakan tiga pintu masuk sahaja dari Kelantan untuk masuk ke negara itu.

“Sebab itu, beberapa lokasi sempadan di sini dipasang dengan pagar keselamatan dan kami diberitahu langkah tersebut menjejaskan aktiviti harian kedua-dua warganegara tetapi mereka perlu mengikut peraturan. Tambah beliau, jumlah warga Thailand yang ditahan sejak larangan rentas sempadan menggunakan pangkalan haram itu adalah sebanyak empat orang.
