Texas oyster fishermen say the recent restriction on oyster bays aren't only threatening their livelihood, but could also be dangerous for the oysters.
oyster season opened on Nov. 1 and Texas Parks and Wildlife Commissioners have voted to permanently close three bays near Matagorda Island to oyster fishing.
