A Texas accused of killing a teenage boy in a 216 hit-and-run was arrested in Mexico with his mother.
Fort Worth police released bodycam footage of an officer rescuing a six-month-old baby who had been abandoned by a suspect after he allegedly stole the infant's mother's car.along with his mother, after the duo spent the past several years on the run, authorities said this week.
