Thousands of migrants have been camping out beneath a bridge in Eagle Pass, Texas — though you wouldn’t be able to tell by viewing the city’s livestream where the overflow facility is obstructed by a giant black box., which experienced an unpreceded surge of some 4,000 migrants on Wednesday — prompting officials to declare a state of emergency.
