THE secretary of embattled Negros Oriental Third District Rep.

Arnolfo Teves Jr. will seek the assistance of the Commission on Human Rights on allegations that she was 'pressured and threatened' by police to force her to testify against her employer.The secretary of Teves, identified as Hannah Mae Sumerano Oray, was one of those arrested by the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group following the raids conducted by its operatives in the properties of the lawmaker in Negros Oriental last week.

Complaints have been filed against her, Teves and five other individuals before the Department of Justice in connection with raids and the illegal firearms and explosives that were seized .Teves' lawyer Ferdinand Topacio said Oray claimed that the police threatened to harm her unless she testified against his client.Topacio said they are planning to bring these allegations before the CHR.The CHR and the PNP-CIDG have yet to issue statements.Rep.
