The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has issued a renewed warning to the public against selling fake National Certificates (NCs) online and through other channels. ManilaBulletin

TESDA's warning came after reports that a man was recently arrested in Cotabato City selling fake NCs and driver's licenses.

It can be recalled that one of the items in Secretary Suharto’s 10-point agenda is compliance and enhanced monitoring. In this, the agency will regularly inspect TESDA-accredited training and assessment centers to check their compliance with regulations on program registration as well as the conduct of assessment and certification.

TESDA’s Registry of Certified Workers can be accessed online through the agency’s website . NCs are required by employers both locally and abroad as proof of workers’ skills and their ability to perform work.
