Kota Kinabalu: Tenom’s micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) should maximise available natural resources and advantages an agricultural food processing industry and make it a major potential sector.
“We should not be solely dependent on the traditional markets to sell our produce, because we might suffer significant losses as a result of commodity prices fall when supply exceeds demand after having a bountiful harvest,” said Kota Kinabalu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Datuk Michael Lui.
