THE Sabah Temporary Pass , to be issued starting June 1 next year, is aimed at monitoring the movement of foreigners in the state. Chief Minister Mohd Shafie Apdal said efforts are being made to ensure the document is not easily falsified. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
