The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has issued a reminder against flying drones without prior approval during National Day celebrations and parades between Aug 26 and Aug 31.
JOHOR BARU : An 18-year-old teenager was killed while another was injured after their motorcycles bumped into each other at KM20 of the Pasir Gudang Highway here.“Our investigation revealed that the victim was heading towards Johor Baru from Pasir Gudang.
“He suddenly bumped into another motorcycle at the location, with the impact causing both riders to crash and fall,” he said in a statement on Tuesday . Supt Mohd Sohaimi added that the victim was pronounced dead at the location, while the other rider, also 18, suffered serious injuries to his arms and legs, and has been brought to Sultan Ismail Hospital for treatment.In a separate incident, a motorcycle crash at KM8.2 of the Second Link in Iskandar Puteri claimed the life of a 31-year-old man.
Iskandar Puteri deputy OCPD Supt Mohd Azlan Abdul Kadir said that the incident occurred at 8.20am Monday . “The victim was heading towards Gelang Patah from Singapore, with the crash causing the victim to suffer a serious injury to the head, and he was pronounced dead at the location,” he said.Two men charged with robbery in Ipoh
